Hello, my name is Sharon Collins and I’m a registered nurse by profession. I live in Walls, MS, and am originally from Pine Bluff, AR. I have a deep passion for making homes beautiful. A passion I developed from my parents. My mother was also in the medical field for most of her life, but her real passion was what we called having an eye for diamonds. She could make the worst place seem so comfortable and homey. My dad was a landscaper. He could take the ugliest yard and bring it to life.
After years of being a single parent, God blessed me with a husband that also shared in my family’s passion for making homes beautiful. He was a carpenter, home improvement specialist, home repair specialist, and businessman.
We combined our passions; with the help of other family members, friends, and hired helpers who also share our vision; and Desoto’s On Call Handyman was born.
